Mechanics:

- Download the origami turtle.

- Print it.

- Color it and assemble it.

- Take a photo of the assembled origami sea turtle.

- Upload the photo to your Instagram account using the hashtag #Tortugatón (remember to have your account public if not we won't be able to see your photo and you will not be able to participate).

- You have from August 1st to September 30th to participate. - All the photographs taken with the armed and colored turtle will participate in the raffle to win a double entry to Xcaret or Xel-Há.

 

Prize:

There will be a winner of a double admission to Xcaret or Xel-Há (The winner can decide).

1.- The admissions to the park only include the standard services it features. (They don’t include transportation from your point of origin to Cancun/Riviera Maya, photography packages, store items, optional activities nor food services in the not All-Inclusive parks).

 

2.- These tickets are subject to availability and to be used within companie’s official low season dates.

3.- The winner will be chosen by a raffle among all participants and will be announced on October 2nd, 2018. Will be notified through a private message on Instagram.

 

Policies and Conditions

1.-No maximum number of participants. The contest is limited to the lifetime of the promotion.
2.-Each user can only participate once with every Instagram account.

3.- Expenses made by the winner during the stay at the destination and that are not covered in the contest prize, they will be paid by the contestant, releasing Experiencias Xcaret S.A.P.I. de C.V. from any liability.

 

4.-The award is valid for one year from the date the winner is announced.

 

Rules and fair play:

5.- We reserve the right of not considering any user participation that uses or appears to incur in fraud, including but not limited to use, under undisclosed criterion of Experiencias Xcaret, any kind of technology, malpractice or trick that alters the proper functioning of this contest.

6.-It is intended that all users concourse equal in each of the promotions and strict adherence to standards of good faith. Thus, any misuse or fraudulent use of these rules will result in the cancellation of the participation of the user from the contest.

7.-Experiencias Xcaret S.A.P.I. de C.V. is exempt from liability for technical problems, connection problems, electrical, computer equipment, service providers, etc.., which may limit or prevent the participation of a contestant in this contest.

8.- Disqualification will also occur when a participant appears to or is proven in any way to threat, block,  disrespect, insult, or delete other participant’s submissions.

- The participation in this promotion implies acceptance of these general bases.

 

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

 

Participants, when submitting their photograph to participate in the competition authorize Experiencias Xcaret SAPI de C.V. and / or its affiliates to use, without any obligation, content for publication on / and via the Internet and / or Wireless Technology Platform, as well as any other medium, including, but not limited to, radio, television or open Cable or voice portal, among others. The participant authorizes even conducting publicity and promotion relating to the exploitation of such intellectual property rights, granting Experiencias Xcaret SAPI de CV , who from now express acceptance, the total Transfer of Rights necessary for the operation thereof.

“This Transfer of Rights is additional, but does not interfere or reduce the transfer of rights policies that the social networks and platforms implied pose to the users and participants.

 

This release and cession of rights includes all the rights necessary for the full and well-intended use of the submitted or uploaded content by Experiences Xcaret SAPI SA de C.V. for the period of validity of the Intellectual Property Rights related, such as editing , use, manage and handle, in whole or in part, publicly displaying them online or outside of this medium, as well as any other media including storing in databases, computers and other similar electronic formats, and all present and future ways of using and operating them, at the sole discretion of Experiences Xcaret SAPI de C.V., plus the use of rights for the dissemination of content over the Internet or any other means. The participant retains, simultaneously, the moral rights of authorship of the material.

The Participant declares and guarantees the ownership of the intellectual property rights over the Contents provided, the rights for exploitation of voice, image and name related to the content, and / or otherwise, shall use its best efforts to obtain such rights of their respective holders should be named the winner, releasing Experiencias Xcaret SAPI from any legal consequences of not meeting the aforementioned ownership. If such ownership can’t be proved or is even doubted, Experiencias Xcaret Parques SAPI de CV has the right to disqualify the participation, even if it results a winner.

The participant relinquishes and transfers to Experiencias Xcaret SAPI de C.V with total, irrevocable, irretractable character, without any kind of obligation, every one of the economic rights related to the Content submitted for participation in this contest, and by participating, the participant declares to understand and be aware that the material delivered to Experiencias Xcaret SAPI de C.V may be used in association with other texts, titles, documents, graphics and other materials owned by Experiencias Xcaret SAPI de C.V.
